   Install a webserver on a port (you can't use 80 without root), use the following files https://gbatemp.net/threads/self-hosted-payloads-with-only-static-html.425159/ then point your wiiu to http://ANDROID_IP:PORT/

   I have used Palapa Web server
   
   https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.alfanla.android.pws&hl=en
   Also used KWS
   https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.xeustechnologies.android.kws&hl=en
   I preferred using Palapa, but both will work.
