There are multiple exploits, but no way to downgrade yet.
Exploits are available for VVVVVV, Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon, SmileBASIC, Pokemon OR/AS, etc.

You don't need very many software permissions to run pchex. You need more permissions to downgrade or run freeshop or other CIA installation methods, which you don't have on 11.0

You can also use PHBank, which is a free alternative to Pokebank, and if you don't want to shell out $5 for storing and transferring Pokemon in-between games.

PHBank requires CFW, not the Homebrew Launcher.

Yes there is homebrew, some homebrew games, doom port, emulators, minor utilities, I like play coin setter, free Coins without walking. Get all those puzzle swap jiggies and Beat find mii under a hour. Or even Smash bros trophies as well as Kid icarus uprising Diarama
