Homebrew Is there any way to use out of region themes? (QUESTION)

I have a n3ds with arm9loaderhax AuReiNand. I'm very happy with it since I can play out of region cias and stuff, but I can't really find themes for my EUR system.

On THAT ISO SITE there are several theme cias for USA or JPN systems, but I can't seem to find EUR ones. So I was wondering is there a way to get those out of region themes working like the out of region games?

Please, don't recommend me custom themes. I'm well aware of that option. I'm just curious about this.

EDIT: I can install the USA/JPN theme cias, but they only show up under Data Management.

Are you using FBI to install them?
Try to uninstall all of your themes and use DevMenu.
