ROM Hack Is there any way to turn a bad game (That is a card) into a good game?

It's kinda hard to say. So here I go:
I have this terrible game (Not gonna tell you wut cuz I'll get banned or whatever again) and It's trash. I was wondering if I could change the game entirely to a name game.

Tell it to stop breaking the law and it will be good and obey you.
