Is there any way to run out-of-region DSI Enhanced titles? With no CIA? I only have access to oot3dhax, on 11.0.0-33, so I can't run cias.

There's Action Replay with it's own cartridge slot, but it runs in DS Mode to bypass region checks.

Can it even be done at all? I didn't think the twl_firm patches did region free for DSi games.

I tried this, I just get a white screen whenever I try to boot the game.
