PS1/2 Is there any way to recover FMCB menu?

For some reason, my PS2 stopped opening the FMCB menu, even though its still on my card. I kept booting ulaunchelf by holding triangle, but my USB drive got corrupted. Is there any way I can recover my memory card?

Can you still boot into ULaunchElf?
If so, just reinstall FMCB.

Does FMCB still load (ie you get the FMCB logo)? If yes, remember it will always autoboot mass:/RESCUE.ELF if it exists

If it doesn't, you'll have to start again from another homebrew entrypoint
