Gaming Is there any way to play Wii Sports Club today?

I’ve downloaded Wii Sports Club on my Wii U. The previous owner bought it, so it was already on the system before I had it. Apparently it used a pass system. Is there any way to play it now that the eShop is down and Nintendo network is no longer online? I’m not opposed to CFW - in fact, I have aroma installed.

I think you just have to download it and also install all updates and DLCs via NUSplii.
To play it online you would have to use Pretendo (dunno if Pretendo already works with it though).

I installed it last night, and it worked perfectly! Thanks. I guess I just assumed the NUS version was the eShop version.

I'm trying to figure out how to do this. I just got my modded Wii U with Aroma mainly for wii sports so I don't have to deal with the emulator BS anymore. Would you give a step by step process on how you did this?

Could you possibly give a step by step for this? I just got my Wii U installed with Aroma and very bummed that wii sports doesn't work and i've been trying to get the sports to work but I can't seem to find anything that actually works

I dumped my physical disk of Wii Sports Club. It turns out that it DOES match the free download version, and if running a backup off of internal storage it requires the 'DLC' to unlock the actual games.
Another kind of interesting one is Art Academy Atelier, as when you run the EU disk on a US Wii U with CFW to beat the region lock, it actually calls itself 'Home Studio' like the US digital release.
