Hacking Is there any way to get otp.bin without downgrading?

I am not feeling safe to downgrade my n3ds to 2.1 to get the otp.bin. I would like to know if there is another way.

No for the simple reason that if it was possible then why would people be taking the risk of downgrading to 2.1 in the first place??

Well basically you're not downgrading your 3DS but rather its emunand, so if that goes well all you have to do is flash the patched downgraded emunand to sysnand and get your OTP. After that flash your original sysnand backup and your good to go.


But to answer your questions, for now no.
