Hacking Is there any way to format a SD card on the PHYSICAL Wii console?

I'm developing a Homebrew application for installing brawl mods like Project+ onto the Wii without the assistance from a computer. The app is loaded with the str2hax exploit. Part of the process of getting the game is formating the SD card too FAT32 32-kilobyte cluster. Is there ANY WAY to format a SD card on the physical Wii console? I'm pretty sure that if its a new sd card the wii formats it for its own use use. Or maybe I'm thinking of the wii U with its usb formatting thing? Either way I'm pretty sure there's already a homebrew application that allows you to format on the fly, key-word pretty sure.

Since Nintendo did not gave the Wii the "Option" to Re-Format/Format a SD-Card -> No,I do not think there is an Homebrew Tool with such Abilities.
(If such a Tool maybe exist,the next Application which one should can do this,would be "WiiXplorer".but unfortunately NO,there is no such Option...)
