Is there any way to fix a "corrupted data" save (Midnight Club 3)?

Hello, first of all I have to say that I don't have a modded PS2.

Second thing is that I can export save data from real memory card to PC with Datel Action Replay Max software + USB pen.
The files are extracted on PC as .max

The corrupted save in question is of Midnight Club 3: Dub Edition REMIX, I corrupted this game file like 10 years ago while I was trying a stupid peripheral and while I was pulling off the controller I think that the Memory Card moved and the game file got corrupted.

The game read the file like "Corrupted Data" and don't load it.

Recently I was playing my old PS2 and saw the gamefile, so I decided to do some google search when I find this guide [GAME MODDING] PS2 Game Save Corruption Fix, but how you can immagine I can't do anything like that.

Son my question is: in my case, can I fix this game file by editing or what, or I'm busted :'D ?

Thank you very much for the attention.
