ROM Hack Is there any way to extract the save from my animal crossing cart and extract it on cia?

I originally played animal crossing on my old 3ds xl USA and now i regularly play N3DS JPN.. so i wonder if i can play my old saves on my N3DS cia. It would be awesome if anyone can help me, thanks in advance

SaveDataFiler should work, so long as you're using a US CIA (and that it plays in English, since some games contain more languages than you'd think) and the original was a cart or on a hackable console.
