Hello,
I want to create an account to publish my games (free) and sideload apps on my Xbox One, but I haven't any credit card, just Paypal, so I can't pay me a developer account. (Paypal is not available when I register)
I saw that some people got a code for free in Microsoft Dev Essentials, but I haven't any way in my Microsoft dev essentials, probably because I'm french.
So my question is : Is there any way to create a developer account for free or a school website that is enrolled to Microsoft Imagine ?

    i dont know why tv manufactures put the hdmi ports in dumb locations so the cables have to stick out, and then down, putting strain on the ports. Instead of having the ports along the bottom edge of the tv facing downwards.
