I have a lot of stuff on my 3ds, and was wondering if it was possible to clear all data but not lose homebrew/cfw.

Boot9Strap stays on your 3DS forever. Just backup everything from your SDCard to your PC except Nintendo 3DS folder. You may now re-initiate your 3DS.

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
