It's your decision if you update the system firmware of your console or not. 3.0.0 will probably get coldboot and a software solution and you might not need a jig anymore. In the meantime people found a way to update to the latest firmware but with the possibility to downgrade later on, if they want to go back.
Here's a guide for that if you are interested: https://gbatemp.net/threads/how-to-...nofficially-without-burning-any-fuses.507461/
Also for the firmware status look here: https://gbatemp.net/threads/firmware-status.495078/

So you mean I can update and then go back to 3.0.0 again ???

Your dilemma is quite understandable: after such a long time (waiting) you are tempted by the current hacks.
If you had two consoles, then I'd tell you to update away and start enjoying your console!
Well like @pLaYeR^^ said it's your decision to make: see the pros and cons and decide.
And even with only one device (if it's all you have) I'd advice you to hope onboard since there is no telling if the next system update will be hackable (in short time) or not.

I already have 2 consoles on updated and the other one on 3.0.0.

Then what's the problem? Use the updated console for playing the latest games and keep the 3.0.0 console as it is. That's how I currently do it, but my second switch is on 2.1.0 instead of 3.0.0.
