Is there an emulator for the 3DS that can play DS games?

    Title says it all.
    If there isnt an emulator, is there a way to play DS/DSi games on the 3DS without using the physical cartridges?

    Flashcard or nothing. I cant tell if your asking for some downloadable emulator for ds games for your 3ds, but theres not.

    Simply no, the only way to play DS/I games on your 3DS is by using a flash cart which has dsi ROM capability (if you want to play dsi specific games.
    You can also not play games found on the dsi shop without buying it .

    more like tight wad as hes trying to get out of buying a flashcard

    but to answer the question there is no software exploit on 3DS currently released

    Or the Supercard DS2. That works just as well.

    I think that he wasn't serious or it's a second noob alert. But due to his postcount, I don't think so.
    There are so many R4 cards and he hasn't explicitly mentioned one... it doesn't sound very serious.

    Who knows. DS2 is a great flash cart and hasn't failed me yet. Not like the iEvo.
