Hacking Is there an easy way to switch between wifi and wired without losing settings?

When I ftp my games to my ps3, I use an ethernet cable directly to my ps3 and pc. I use these settings:http://www.ps3hax.net/showthread.php?t=57363

After I'm done transferring, I switch back to my wifi and have to re configure it again.

Are there any easier way than this? Its kind of hassle how i have to configure each time I ftp my games.
I know ftp with wifi is a solution by my upload speed is really crap.

If you chose manual setup it should have the last used settings pre populated.

i use muiltman instead of ftp as it's alot quicker
