Hardware is there an easy way to move all games and saves from one 3ds to another?

my friend broke his 3ds it works fine except for the L button and a crack.
he obtained another undamaged console he wants to move the games and saves to.
is there a quicker method than backing up all the saves installing all the same cias and restoring all the saves?
both consoles have b9s installed, i haven't even touched my 3ds in years so if there ever was a method of doing this ive forgotten.

You can system transfer, but you'll have to reinstall homebrew CIAs and pirated games won't transfer.

JKSV allowed me to easily dump all my consoles saves easily before i got rid of it

Replacing the SD cards worked for me. Tried it and everything worked as long as all files are saved to SD card.
