Hacking Is there an Application that allows one to edit the AR Cheat codes fil

I found some codes I want to add myself, but I have no clue how to edit it. Is there an application to edit the Cheat file inside the CycloDS? No I'm not looking for an updated database, just an editor.

I wish there were an editor that runs on the DS itself.

Kind of like how the old N64's did it, where you plug the cartridge into the console and edit the codes directly, not thru your computer. I know I wouldn't mind a code editor program on my DS Lite. I'd code one myself, but I couldn't code my way out of a wet paper bag.
