What you want, in french, is called "mixage stéréo" in the sound mixer menu.
right click the sound icon in the system tray, select recording option.
in the opened window, right click and select "display disabled sources"
"mixage stéréo" is probably marked as disabled. right click on it and enable it (wait a little, windows will not respond for few seconds ahaha).
then you can use it in audacity.
