do note that progressive jpg's can't be loaded in most portable devices so you might need to resave them with photoshop.

Touchpod = original M3 firmware
M3 Sakura = new firmware (not official yet, but hacked from a Japanese release)
I would recommend you used the triple loader (iSakuReal), which gives you access to both of those firmwares and the iTouch firmware if you hold down x or y at startup.
