Is there a way to use usb as sd for wup installer?

my problem is that i have an 8gb sd and the game i want to install is 10gb so i wanted to know if there is any way to use a usb so that it impersonates an sd and the wup installer reads it

Technically it could be done by making the usb fat32 but how would you insert it to the slot lol? Gonna buy adapters if it even exists, may aswell buy a larger sd!
