Hello

So, I'd really like to play Skyward Sword on my laptop, but I forgot my wiimotes at mom's house
So I was wondering, is there a way to connect joycons to pc and use them in SS just like if they were wiimotes?

thanks

I just encountered another problem,
It's about Skyward Sword, it asks me to put the wiimotion plus accessory
How do I bypass that?
thanks

It seems motion plus emulation isn't supported. There are some unofficial versions that support it but they are very outdated.

You're probably out of luck. You can try to find something, but even if you found something chances are it wouldn't work well anyway.

You can connect them by Bluetooth, not sure if the drivers work properly.

Alternatively you can use the magic ns adapter by Mayflash, it outputs the joycons as xinput. (You can also connect xones and ds4 controllers to your system with it)

Hope this answers your question.

I think than you should comment this on dolphin forums if they can support other devices as a wiimotion plus.
(someway similar than magic ns adapter by Mayflash made with ds4 controller on switch which make the switch think it is a pro controller and let use the motion control )

not exactly as a wii mote but as a controller yes since the joycons use entirely different means of detecting motion etc
