Hello
My setup previously was 2hdd's with y-cables with ustealth to have WiiU/Wii and GCN games with Mocha Coldboot.
I am wondering if there is a way to have them all on one HDD yet? Or still have to have seperate HDD's?
Thanks!

The Wii U Scene is all but dead, there's been no major updates in any of the homebrew for months and at this point I doubt there ever will be.

Nintendo killed the Wii U off twice, once by dropping support and again by making the Switch so hackable.

Just inject the GC/WII Games & Every WIIU Game to the same HD .. That's what I did . 1tb absolutely loaded with games
I second this. Injecting gc and wii games makes for a much more streamlined experience, plus there's only one HDD to worry about (unless the one you have is too small to fit all your backups and you need more than one...).

The answer to your question is therefore yes.

Thanks all for the replies. Not all Wii games can be injected though, according to what ive read.

http://wiki.gbatemp.net/wiki/WiiU_VC_Wii_inject_compatibility_list

Does that still apply? Can someone point me to the right direction?
Thanks!
Yeah, that seems to be the case but are you sure you looked at the right column of the list? The only two incompatible games are bit.trip complete and Worms Battle Islands. However, not all games are listed there. Also an additional bonus is that the games that are compatible with the classic controller can be patched on the fly before injecting to let you use the gamepad or a pro controller instead of the classic controller. These games are listed in that list as well.

OK, so it support 98% which is damn amazing.
