ROM Hack Is there a way to restore old battle videos on Pokemon Sun/Moon?

Is there a way to restore old battle videos on Pokemon Sun/Moon, the latest version? I saved a few battles, but because of Nintendo's update, those videos no longer work. I backed up my files and haven't updated yet.

If you downloaded the update, just delete it and you should have access to those videos.

It's a really dumb decision on Nintendo's part to block the videos on the latest update.

But I need the update, just to go online or stuff like Bank and Mystery Gift.

Well, I'm sorry to tell you but I'm pretty sure there's not a way to view the videos with the update, otherwise I'd be using that way to view my old videos. Sorry.

Not that I'm aware of. If there is, there is no documentation on it anywhere that I know of.
