In simple terms: if you have keys or can brute force the PFS sectors open (good luck with that), thats the only way.

Legit content has to be paid for inorder to be started on a console, which then allows it to be decrypted and dumped.

You can find fake signed games and updates through google. There are hundreds.

yeah, pfs hasn't even been defeated on the vita. it's merely bypassed. I believe pfs encrypts every file of a game.
