Is there a way to launch Cafiine and TCPGecko through HBL?

I ask because with all the recent advancements in Wii U hacking, I'd like to set up Haxchi + possible redNAND, however I also use Cafiine and TCPGecko quite a bit. It would be pointless to me to set everything up if I still have to use the browser to launch these two, so is there a homebrew or some kind of solution that can launch these through the HBL?

Also, if I'm not mistaken, you can do everything including using homebrew and playing online with redNAND, right?
