Hacking Is there a way to install CIAs to (CTR) NAND?

There was a DevMenu CIA that installs to the NAND, but it was taken down.
So is there a way to install titles to the NAND instead of SD card?
I mean, there is a lot of free space in the NAND and I want the homebrews to be always available when switching SD cards.

Yes, but they'll just display as black squares and screw up your home menu.

You can't install software to your NAND that isn't intended to be installed there (ie all non-DSiWare games) and be able to play them.

I mean "official apps" like DevMenu and homebrews. I already have LUMA installed so signatures should not be a problem.

It doesn't matter if you have Luma installed or not. It just doesn't make sense to install apps in the CTRNand. Since there is not much memory internally in the 3DS, and secondly, you can't do much from there. And why should you? Memory card purely in the console and have fun.

You can GM9 inject SD titles into system titles or install them onto CTRNAND by another means... No further questions will be answered.
I'll leave the rest up to you to figure out what I meant by these because you have to be totally okay with softbricking and losing your 3DS if something goes wrong.
