Hacking Is there a way to install a game with cert?

I know that .xci files have certs in them but we cannot install them and keep them when you convert them to .nsps apparently.

Are there other formats that have certs and keep them when you install them?

Just like .3ds having a header and .cia don't u cant have a header for .nsps
