ROM Hack Question Is there a way to get Diablo 3 hacks/save edits without modded switch?

Like the question states is there any way to get Diablo 3 equipment or items without having some kind of modded switch? I literally just want primals or a ton of items for the necessary reforging to chance it out.

If not is anyone willing to drop some reforging mats in game for me?

It isn't possible because you need something like Checkpoint to inject the save with edit values.
