Is there a way to find out which save is for which game

    my sd card got corrupted out of nowhere and i did what a fellow temper said and got the files back but they have different names so is there a way anyone can help me

    If all you're looking for is the shin megami tensei save, you could try looking at the created date on all the files, and since SMT only came out last week, it should significantly narrow it down.

    it was all found today so everything was last modified today but thanks for trying

    well, yes they all would be last modified today, but are they all listed as being created today too? (the recovered files on your cart, not anything you have copied to HD.)

    Edit: Failing that, the only other option I see is trial and error. try them one at a time and see which one loads

    Trial and Error would take too long since he has more than 100 savs.
    But yeah,checking the 'Created On' data is the best idea.

    Created and modified on the same day. Is there like a application to find out?

    It turns out that SPSS opens the file but nothing is inside it [​IMG]
