Hacking Question Is there a way to disable the dynamic resolution rescaler?

I need to record footage for a project and I would prefer to capture it at the highest resolution possible. It is fine if the sound chugs since I don't need the sound for this

I have a feeling there probably isn't a solution for this, but I figured I would ask anyway

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
