is there a way to convert biinding of isaac EU save to US save ?

i started to play with EU version of the game
but it's hard to get new update and dlc for this version
not as for the US version

so is there a way to convert biinding of isaac EU save to US save and not loose my progression ?

I have tested this many many many times with a lot of games on multiple plataforms, what i do i just use the USA or EUR save and sometimes even japanese save data to other version, this has failed me like one or two times in probably a 50 times i have donde this, if it fails, just inject your original save back.

ALSO: You posted this twice, you should delete one of both will be deleted by an admin
