Is there a way to check NAND.bins?
because I want to get a N3ds, and the one I have right now is O3dsXL Al9h
and when I get it I want to take off Al9h from the O3ds, because I don't want whoever
getting it Brick. but I don't want to take it off right now, I want to take it off as soon as
I Setup Al9h on the other one.

    Hell
Why don't you just sell it to someone and say it has a9lh on it? You will be able to sell it for about $20 that way.
If you really want to take it off though, there is an uninstall option in safea9lhinstaller.

afaik, no. You can always just try when you get your n3ds if someone else doesn't give a definitive answer by then.

Maybe you should keep it, in case your N3DS has =<11.0, so you can install the Fieldrunners downgrade. Then you could sell your 3DS afterwards. Unless you already know what your N3DS version will be, or are planning a hardmod, in which case, follow the advice given by @ih8ih8sn0w, and sell away!
