Hacking Is There a Way To Change The Wii U Theme & Background Music >?<

Well been enjoying my new Wii U but the theme & music ... just dont do it for me .. im hoping there might be a way to change it ? like 3DS ect .... i'd like a BLACK Theme & Music off if possible

You can change the colour to black with a TCP Gecko code but it's very inconvenient since the colour would go back to normal every time you restart the console.
