Homebrew Is there a way to access wifi that requires sign in with the 3ds browser??

I have a wifi network I need to sign into. I read that you can go to the gateway page via the stock browser but the stock browser isn't compatible with my wifi. Is there an alternative or workaround? I have CFW and homebrew from 3ds.guide.
