Homebrew Is there a utility that allows me to make 3D banners for CIAs?

I want to modify a CIA to have a 3D banner that I'll make. How do I go about doing that?

NintendoWare 4 CTR is what I make my 3D banners with. Unfortunately, it's copyrighted material, so I can't link to it.

Basically, there's a 3DS Max plugin which is distributed with the NW4C package, and it lets you export models made in 3DS Max to the .cmdl format.
After that, you run NintendoWare CreativeStudio and open the exported .cmdl, and you save it as a binary file (.bcmdl), rename the extension to .cgfx, and use bannertool to pack your 3D banner and sound (optional) to be thrown into the 3DS ROM/CIA.
