Is there someplace that list all NDS roms along with the rom# (and maintained)?

I have been going to dirty rom selling website and saving the gamelist manually every once in a while, that way I can search for game and find out which rom # it belongs to.

Sorry. Won't do (listing link to their site) again

Why don't you use NDScrc or Offline list? They both do what you ask and much more.

I am familiar with Offlinelist. What is NDScrc, and how is it different/better than Offlinelist?

NDScrc use the same NDS dat file as offline list. it's actually kind of affiliated with advance scene. I also use Offline list so i can't really say about the particularity of NDScrc but it's similar.

    Have a look out here
