I'm planning a Firered hack, and want to raise the shiny rates of wild and bred pokemon. So far, I haven't found anything that will let me do that. Just one or two tools that will turn what you already caught into a shiny. Does anyone know of one that will do what I want? Could anyone make it? Any help is appreciated.
