Is there a tool to convert float arrays to hex and vice versa?

Hi there,
I wanted to modify various model data in .gma files and ram dumps. To do that I'd need a tool that allows me to convert model data as float arrays (from .dae files) into hex arrays and vice versa.
But I couldn't find any tool/program that is able to do that

Does one of you guys know such a tool?
