Is there a Sega equivalent to VGMTrans?

Most old consoles custom coded their audio engine for every game (the megadrive/genesis even having its own CPU just for audio that governed two chips that were pretty complicated in their own right). Some devs and sequels might share something but most things that were not the Amiga or on CD that were older than the GBA tend to mean custom every time and thus you are unlikely to get a general case tool like vgmtrans.
