Don't give irrelevant advice.

OP: It depends on each game, I think. Try extracting the PAL and NTSC saves with Savegame manager GX and compare their files, or try swapping them, then reinstalling the save. I know for Monster Hunter Tri, at least, it's as easy as swapping the files.
