For Vita games, nope.

That's a save backup tool, which is the equivalent to MagicSave/SGDeemer and the like for PSP

Ah okay. Yeah you're right. I didn't know pspstates let you save whenever you wanted to in game. Gotta brush up on my psp plugins and homebrew.

real-time save/load plugin need to root the vita system first. it's impossible so far

I ~think~ VitaCheat has an option that might supposed to be able to do that.
In the Cross-Memory menu, there's an option to load memory.
The only purpose I could see that serving would be something kind of like you're asking, but I've never tried it.
