Is there a list of folders, bios, and files needed by Retroarch 3DS emulators?

I downloaded Retroarch's 3DS Nighties, but they come with no instructions whatsoever. Anyone kind enough to list everything needed for all the emulators?

Just download bios and place them in Retroarch's cores/system directory.

    SD://retroarch/cores/system/

To run the actual emulators place them in the /3ds/ folder and run them from the homebrew launcher.

No it's not. The instructions are platform independent and work on 3DS.

Even the folder paths change from platform to platform, AFAIK. On the last version I tried on PC bios files go in Retroarch/System. Different from 3DS's retroarch/cores/system/. Or am I missing something and I can also use PC paths?
