Homebrew Is there a homebrew app to apply Powersaves?

Is there a CIA or 3DSX-based homebrew app that could let me modify a save? I lost my Powersaves and switched PCs after changing my Pokemon X to Japanese a while back.

You can use Checkpoint or JKSM to dump the save, then use a PC-based save editor.

I can give that a shot. I already have Checkpoint

EDIT: This is the solution! If you get stuck in the wrong language, etc. you can fire up PKHeX and replace the save. Just what I needed! Thanks Okazaki!
