Hacking Is there a guide to creat channels from game banners?

I'm looking for a guide for noobs on how to create channels from disc banners.
I found this, but it over a year old:

I still tried it but when click "start", I get an error related to initializing the hard drive.
I don't know if the channel needs a dol or if I need to have configurable usb loader in my SD card, etc.
Also, my hard drive is formatted as FAT32, so I don't know if the channel expects WBFS.

At any rate, if there is a newer guide or method, I would like to check it out.

I did see that before leaving home today, but did not get a chance to reply here or try the app.
Now that I've done it, I can say that Crap ain't no piece of crap. It works wonderful, and has the option to use a small forwarder to load the games with WiiFlow, which is the loader I have installed, so no extra loaders needed.
Very happy with the results.
