Userscripts (GreaseMonkey etc...) are what you want. But they inject JavaScript, you can use that to modify the HTML.

Host your HTML page with live-server (npm package) the just make it redirect to the live-server address.

I don't think there's anything readily available that you can use out of the box. If you know JS you can script something yourself. Inspect the wayback machine's snap and use those values on the new google page.
