And the iEvolution is the only cart that works in DSi-mode.

But it's not on the list because flash carts are more than just a list of features. Without support, a flash cart is shit.

We see R4 clones here every single day that have provided a few updates, then dropped support. The carts in the thread are ones that have shown to provide support for longer than a few weeks (which is as far as some clones get).

r4i rts is crap
features arnt what you want

regular updates to the firmware so you dont have to wait if a 3DS / DSi updates are released (you can wait for months on some clone and sometimes they never happen)
also game compatibility, if its not updated often you will always have to wait for patches
