Hacking Question Is the latest OFW on a launch day Switch still hackable?

I’ve been holding off on modding my Switch till I have a 2nd one, one for online and one for CFW. I want to buy and play the new SMM2, will this lock me out of modding if I update my FW or are launch day Switches still fully exploitable no matter what?

OTTH there could be a new update tomorrow or any time that's not exploitable. Even though they've so far been able to crack all the updates.

I did read somewhere else that if you update past 4.1 you lose some sort of warmboot exploits, I assume that doesn’t matter if you’re going the RCM route.

Patched switches with a firmware newer than 4.1 (which I don't think any patched switches can even have a firmware that low) can't do any exploit right now.

I still have my 3.0.1 Nintendo Switch that i haven't unboxed yet... I'm waiting for a cold/warm boot :/
