Hacking Is the 3DS firmware upgrade 2.2.0-4 actually out yet?

I sent an email to Acekard yesterday asking when they will release support for the 3DS firmware upgrade 2.2.0-4 on the Acekard 3DS Flashcard - this is the reply I've just received:-


Hi,
We are working on the new udpate for AK2i on 3DS 2.2.0-4.
Nintendo has not released this update online,so we'd like to release the update patch once Nintendo release it in public.
It should not be too long,so please be patient.

I thought the update was already out 3/11/11 or am I wrong??

The update comes with Super Mario 3D Land.

The update is public now, but not mandatory for everyone. I don't think Acekard should work on a patch for this update, but should rather wait for the next firmware update via system update (Nov 30th?)

Release dates for the 3ds Update 2.2.0-4

JP: November 3, 2011
EU: November 18, 2011
NA: November 13, 2011
AUS: November 24, 2011

Based on that, almost everyone can update their consoles to 2.2.0-4, but not everyone want to play Super Mario 3D Land...so the acekard team is in no hurry to release the fix file....if you stick to buy a ready-to-use acekard 2i, try http://www.oz3ds.com/product.php?id_product=16 they will pre-flash all of their cards before sending
