I heard that soon, computer and console will soon work with a new trinary system instead of the old current binary system. Is that true?

No.
You may one day see quantum computing take off (4 basic states rather than two), there are already some things happening with it now. Go back far enough to find some of the valve logic and you might find some other stuff using multiple states.
Trinary is not great as a concept though, if only because 3 is a prime number.
